Hard Body

This is a shot from a recent fitness photography workshop that I ran. The model is a mother of 2 children 7 and 12 who is very dedicated to her physical health. Think it is great when people take control of their own destiny. Feel that this woman  has realised that it is her choice how her body is to look after childbirth. Once again as with many of my previous shots I find great inspiration from female bodies that have both curve and tone.
