Empowered

I have titled this shot Empowered mainly due to the model's physique. She is an athlete who works every day on her fitness. However I think to be empowered we need to find a perfect balance in life. I believe that this model's body has beautiful symmetry and flow and that her muscles are not over the top. To view such a body especially when the pose and lighting is as beautiful as it is here is very empowering to the viewer. I think that when we view something of beauty that is also exhibiting grace we feel good about ourselves for beholding and acknowledging what we do. It gives us a sense of respect for the emotion we are reaching within ourselves.
